The preparation for the V Anniversary “Integrated Safety and Security Exhibition 2012” which promises once again to become one of the largest security event in Russia is already in progress.

Within the exhibition Russian scientists and government officials are going to present technology platform “the Integrated industry and energy security”. More than 20 official executive agencies and state corporations are working on the ISSE preparation, more than 500 companies and enterprises are expected to demonstrate their products. The main topic of the “Integrated Safety and Security exhibition 2012”, just like the previous one, is upgrading of the scientific, technical and technological support activities in the sphere of integrated security performed within the frameworks of the governmental long-term innovation development course. However, the disclosure of the topic for specialists and visitors is planned to be carried out by means of modern tools and visualization technologies.

Within the frameworks of the ISSE traditionally a lot of attention will be paid to industry and energy security. In may 2011 the topic has already taken a significant position in public life, within the ISSE 2011 business program an international congress “Fuel and Energy Complex of Russia: security is the priority development vector” was held. In his address to the Congress, State Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov said: "With its high technologies to ensure the security of the energy sphere, Russia is able to provide leadership in this area and thereby increase the investment appeal of Russian fuel and energy complex."

At the Fifth Anniversary ISSE Russian scientists and government officials will present the technology platform "Integrated Industry and Energy Security." Early in 2011 it was approved by the Russian government that the experience of EU countries in technology platforms’ creation will be used for modernization and technological renewal of production sector. By the technology platform is implied a communication tool aimed at accelerating efforts for creation advanced commercial technologies, new products and services, attracting additional resources for research and development, improvement of the legal framework in the field of science and technology. Participants in these platforms are representatives of business, science, government and civil society.

Technological platform “Integrated Industry and Energy Security” will allow to work out the new strategy of the safe development of the energy and industry infrastructure, to attract scientific and project institutions to increase the reliability, create normative and technological documentation based on the implementation of the new technologies. For now, there are more than 200 scientific and research organizations, institutions, associations, educational institutions, funds, mass media and etc from the sphere of energy and industry among the participants of the technological platform.

In 2012 Integrated Safety and security Exhibition will be held at the territory of the All-Russia Exhibition Center from 22 to 25 May, pavilion 75.
